St. Andrew Lutheran Church is in the process of calling a new Lead Pastor. Following months of discernment, self-study, and data collection, the Transition Team (which has now become the official Call Committee) submitted the job description for the Lead Pastor, as well as the Ministry Site Profile, to the Church Council and the Bishop of the Oregon Synod in November 2023. Having received their approval, these documents are now available below:
Members of the Call Committee include Steve Christiansen, Allison Katsufrakis, Mike McDowall, Tom Mehlhorn, Amy McQueen, Mary Smith, Jan Smith, and LuAnn Staul. The team will be sharing highlights from the Ministry Site Profile through “Weekly News” in the coming weeks.
