Tai Chi is a slow, focused movement rooted in Chinese martial arts, but it is also useful for anyone wanting to improve balance, strength, and coordination. Extensive research supports the overall physical and mental health benefits of regular Tai Chi practice. The class is free and open to all.

Yoga is good for every body. Whether you’re flexible or stiff, able to get up easily from the floor or unable to touch your toes. Students are encouraged to participate at a level comfortable for them. The class is free and open to everyone.
