High School Youth

Vision for High School Ministry

To practice converting the knowledge of our faith into practices and values that we can use as we branch out into everyday life through developing the desire to be lifelong learners and leaders, thoughtfully engaging the grey spaces, and discerning which pieces of the faith that is handed to us that we would like to carry forward in our own spiritual journey.

Sunday Youth Group

Students in 9th-12th grades are invited to read and study scripture, ask big theological questions about God’s presence and the work of God’s people in the world, explore the history and beliefs of the Lutheran faith, and spend time connecting with one another on Sunday mornings from 11:00am-Noon in the youth room. Check the calendar for updates.

Quilt Sunday 2024

Congratulations to our four seniors that graduated this year! On Sunday, 6/16, they were given their senior quilts which were handcrafted by a member of the St. Andrew community. You can read a bit more about our graduates in the Quilt Sunday Pamphlet below. Thank you to our talented quilt makers, and good luck to our graduates in their next era of life!

If you have any questions about what our students are up to or how to become involved in ministry with young people, please contact Kyler.
