One way all of us can reduce the amount of carbon we’re responsible for sending into the atmosphere is to shift to more plant-based eating. Start slowly and try incorporating plant-based recipes into your menu planning one meal or one day at a time. Following are some recipes that Parish Nurse Tira Nesset shared with her Nourishing Conversations class in 2024. You can print them out on cardstock and trim the edges for a 4 x 6″ recipe box or simply print and file them in a recipe notebook. Enjoy!
