The Last Sunday

The Last Sunday is an exciting new event beginning at St. Andrew on Sunday, January 26, at 6:00 pm in Fellowship Hall. This is an opportunity for people in upcoming generations in the target age range of 16 to 50 years old to come together in an honest community to reclaim the hopeful, restorative, and justice-centered message of Christianity from the corrupt forces that are trying to co-opt it for themselves. The Last Sunday is not owned by any one church—-our hope is that this can be a collaborative event with people from a wide variety of faith communities around Portland. We hope that those who attend are refreshed and invigorated by this event so they can bring that energy back to their communities.

This first-ever iteration of this event will center around a meal, a short talk, and group discussion. The nursery will be staffed for children ages five and under to hang out while parents attend the gathering.
