Children's Library

The Children's Library at St. Andrew is a special place for children and parents alike.  The shelves hold books on many subjects for young people, birth to age 12.

There is a large collection of Bibles written especially for children.  Younger children will love the picture books and older children will be able to choose from materials written at their reading level.

With the materials located here, school-age children may be able to find help on their school assignments.  The library contains many "new books" that are being introduced in public school libraries.  All materials found here can be borrowed by the children.  But we do encourage children to have no more than twelve books checked out at any one time.

The library operates on a card check-out system:  When checking out a book, please remove the card, sign your name and telephone number and place the completed card in the check-out box found in the library.  Upon returning the material(s), please leave them in the return boxes.  The Children's Library has a liberal check-out system but we do expect the books to be returned in a timely manner.

The Children's Library is located on the lower floor of the building in Room 12.  During the school year, when the St. Andrew Preschool is in session, the library is open by special arrangements.  When Preschool is in recess, the room is open whenever the church building is open.

Parents, check out the Adult Library located on the first floor west of the Narthex.
