Our enrollment process begins with a tour of the St. Andrew Learning Center. Tours are a great way to see our children and staff in action during a typical day. Interested families will then fill out a waitlist form and inform us of their schedule and class preferences.
In early Spring, we begin the registration for our current children. Once our families have been placed in their classrooms for the Fall, we begin to fill in open spaces from our waitlist.
Once your application is received, your spot will be reserved on our waitlist. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. When we begin open enrollment for any given class, we assess how many spots we have available and go down the list to fill the spots. Your place on the waitlist determines when and if you get a call about an available space. Occasionally a spot will open in a class during the school year. If it is offered to you and you agree to take it, you must begin payment on the date it becomes unoccupied.
*We reserve the right to balance our classes by gender and will use the waitlist to do so if necessary.
*We do not share specific numbers on the waitlist with families since there are so many variables due to admission priority.
There is a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee for new enrollment in our Early Childhood Education Program.
Billing and Payment
As a non-profit program, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care for all of our children. In order to achieve this, our cash flow depends on your timely payment each month.
Invoices for monthly charges will be put in your parent communication file by the 1st each month. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a late fee of $15.00 will be assessed. If payment is more than 60 days overdue, your child will not be able to participate in our programming until the balance is paid in full.
Credit Card Payments
Credit Card Payments can be made by clicking on the "InFellowship/Online Giving" tab at the top of this page. Choose "Learning Center Tuition Payment" to pay your monthly tuition.
Checks can be dropped off in the lock box just outside the Learning Center director's office during operating hours. Please write your child's name and classroom on each check.
You may also mail your check to:

Classroom & Daily Schedules
The Learning Center is open five days a week from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. We have three classrooms to accommodate the developmental needs of children from 6 weeks to pre-kindergarten. Recognizing the correspondence between small group sizes and smaller numbers of children per adult to better outcomes for children, the Learning Center’s policies for group sizes and teacher-child ratio are based on best practices and requirements of the Office of Child Care.

The Learning Center opens at 7:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm. Families with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers may enroll their children for three, four, or five days per week. We strongly encourage parents to have the younger children to their classroom by 9:00 am in order to maximize each child’s access to the rich planned environment. All children must be picked up before 6:00 pm.
Individual classroom schedules of experiences and routines reflect our curriculum, program goals, values, and beliefs about how children and youth learn best. Your teachers will provide you with your child’s classroom schedule including play times both indoors and outdoors, group times, chapel, meal times, and rest or nap times, as appropriate.
