T’ai Chi is a slow, focused movement rooted in Chinese martial arts. Extensive research supports the overall physical and mental health benefits of regular t’ai chi practice.
The Tuesday class is geared particularly for beginners, while Friday focuses on more advanced form, but all are welcome to attend any class.
